Scott Falls

Scott Falls is located just east of AuTrain Michigan. Although, small in size, it is one of the most scenic falls in the Lake Superior Region.

Grand Island East Channel Lighthouse

The small wooden frame lighthouse on the southeast shore of Grand Island was constructed during the period 1869-1870 for the the purpose of guiding vessels into Munising Harbor from the east. The land was one of a number of parcels reserved in 1847 for government use.

Apostle Island Sea Caves

The Apostle Islands sit just off shore from the Bayfield Peninsula on Lake Superior. Erosion of the sandstone has carved out sea caves which can be visited by boat during the summer, and on skies during colder winters. The caves are one of the wonders of the region and give new meaning to "Heaven on Earth".

Eagle Harbor Lighthouse

The red brick Eagle Harbor Light Station sits on the rocky entrance to the harbor and is a working lighthouse as it guides mariners across the northern edge of the Keweenaw Peninsula.
