The warm light of a Lake Superior sunrise shines through the ice-covered rocks of the North Shore. The ice field extends 1/2 mile out into Lake Superior and is a gallery for reflecting and refracting light throughout the day. The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shined. Isaiah 9:2 Winter is a great time to relax and reflect on where we are and where we are going!

When we learn to appreciate the elegance in nature, it will help us enjoy God more each day.

Matthew 6:26 The wonders of God's creation declare the glory of God.
