Today marks the return of passenger service by water to the city of Duluth. The passenger vessel Clelia II arrived at 5:45 AM and will be docked behind the DECC Auditorium for a twelve hour visit.

The Clelia II, which is 290-feet long and has a beam of 50 feet.
